Description
Annies is an early 19th-century pair of three-storey buildings featuring gabled fronts with one window each. The buildings have strapwork quoins and a plinth, with No 46 finished in painted render and No 48 in painted cement render. They share slate roofs that continue with the adjoining properties, wide boarded eaves, and a blue brick chimney stack on No 48. The gables are adorned with quatrefoils. Both buildings have twelve-pane sash windows, with the second-floor architraves featuring midrail bosses and stilted labels on the first floor. The shop front of No 46 extends from No 44 and includes a blind panelled band over a half-glazed door and shop window. No 48 has a 20-pane horned sash bow window next to a modern small-pane glazed door, both situated under a shallow bracketed hood.
