Description

Tegfan is a three-storey building with three windows, featuring a rendered front over brick, moulded quoins, and square red brick chimneys. The second floor has three almost square windows, with the outer windows being six-pane horned sashes. The central window, which was a 'tax painted' dummy in old photographs, now has a pair of narrow horned sashes. The first floor contains three sixteen-pane horned sashes. On the ground floor, there is a centrally placed pair of doorcases, which are of early 19th-century style, with a sixteen-pane sash window on each side; the left window is hornless. The left gable is made of rubble and features a casement window on each floor, offset to the rear. The building is marked by the name 'Tegfan' and has a two-storey rubble extension.
