Description

Oakfield is a three-storey building featuring a slate roof and rough-cast render, with large rendered chimneys at both ends. The façade is four windows wide, arranged in a mirrored pair with centrally placed doors. The second floor has four hornless sashes with nine panes each, while the first floor has four hornless sashes with twelve panes each. The ground floor includes two twelve-pane sashes, and all windows have stone sills. The doorways are fitted with panelled doors, some of which have been glazed.

At the rear, there is a later extension; the western side is brick, while the eastern side is rendered over. The western house retains its original first and second floor window arrangements, while the eastern side has mainly original openings.
