Description
Afalon, located at Brachie Place, is a three-storey building from the 19th century that faces the main road. The elevation features four windows, with the inner bays showcasing six-pane sash windows on the second floor, twelve-pane sash windows on the first floor, and twelve-pane sash windows on the ground floor. The outer bays have eight-pane sash windows on the second floor, sixteen-pane sash windows on the first floor, and sixteen-pane sash windows on the ground floor. The right side of the building has a doorcase topped with a cornice, leading to a six-panelled door with a rectangular overlight. The left side's doorcase has been replaced with a modern door. The entry to the third house is located on the right within a two-storey block that is set back. This section features a small pane sash window, a late 19th-century glazed porch, and a part-glazed entrance door.
