Description

9 Penybryn is a two-and-a-half storey building constructed of rubble with painted quoins and a slate roof. It features rectangular yellow brick end chimneys and has an asymmetrical front. The central gable, which is pinnacled, includes a narrow camber-headed casement window. On the first floor, there are three square-headed windows with painted quoins and lintels, featuring sixteen-pane hornless sash glazing, with the right window slightly offset. The ground floor has a pair of doorways; the left doorway is aligned below the central first floor window, while the right doorway is offset. Both doorways have painted lintels and quoins, along with rectangular overlights, and each has a six-panelled door of slightly different design.
