Description
The Red Lion Public House is a building that has been rendered over brick or possibly timber frame, topped with a Welsh slate roof featuring red tiled cresting. It is one and a half storeys tall and has a three-unit plan. The doorway is located towards the left, set in an added gabled porch and flanked by renewed casement windows. To the right, there is an early 19th-century casement window with iron gothick glazing. The roof includes three framed gabled dormers, each with casement windows and bargeboards that have finials, which extend over the eaves. There are end wall stacks, and the rear elevation facing the road is blind.
