Description
The building is a lofted coach house and stable, dating from the early 20th century, located on the north side of Gwysaney. It features coursed tooled stone construction and a slate roof, with a crow-stepped gable on the right side, where an angle buttress is connected to the wall of the formal garden.
On the right, there is a coach house doorway with a keyed basket arch, which has double boarded doors fitted with strap hinges. To the left of this doorway, there is a boarded door with a keyed segmental head and strap hinges, alongside a horizontal sash window on the right and a replaced three-light window on the left that includes a casement, both with segmental heads. Above these openings are two boarded pitching eyes.
The implement store, which was originally open-fronted, has stone walls and a slate roof with a stepped gable on the left, but it has been infilled with brick garages. A narrow passage between the store and the workshop leads to stone steps located in the gable end of the workshop.
On the right gable end, there is a blocked doorway, with the blocking containing a stone tablet engraved 'PBDC 1902'. The rear of the building also features an infilled doorway on the left side, situated below a loft opening with a stone segmental head. Additionally, a rubble-stone garden wall is attached at the right end of the building.
