Description

The churchyard is triangular, the wall bounding the S, NE and the N half of the NW side. Low wall of snecked rock-faced sandstone with pronounced saddleback coping. The wall is curved to the acute SE angle and is higher to the NW. The main entrance is to the S, opposite the church porch. Piers to gateway, buttressed to rear, with pyramidal caps in same form as coping; single cast iron gate with plain finials, dog rails, a diagonal brace and scrolls to end posts. Further entrance to NE side, the piers continuous with the wall and with higher pyramidal caps; the gate is missing.
