Description

Plassau is a single-storey cottage constructed of rubble stone with a thatched roof. It features two doorways, each flanked by replaced windows. The left-hand doorway and windows are part of the original cottage, while the right-hand doorway is located within a gabled porch. At the back, there is a single-storey link that connects to a parallel two-storey rear wing.

Inside the original cottage, there is a simple cruck truss that rises from about 0.6 meters above the ground to the side. The tie beam has an undulating shape and is ceiled at collar level. The fireplace is fitted with a timber lintel.
