Description

60 Glynne Way is an early 19th-century, two-storey stone house featuring brick detailing, which has been pebble-dashed. The house has a shallow-pitched slate roof with plain end chimneys and dentilated eaves. Its symmetrical facade includes a central, advanced porch with a plain pediment supported by simple brackets. The entrance is recessed and accessed by modern steps leading to a plain modern door. On either side of the entrance are 12-pane flush casement windows with projecting stone sills and cambered heads. Smaller 12-pane casements are located under the eaves.
