Description
22 Clwyd Street is a two-window house with one and a half storeys, built from random stone and rendered on the front elevation. It has a slate roof and a truncated stone stack on the left side. The projecting brick front is now rendered, featuring a gable on the right and a lean-to against the left return. There is a boarded door with a small light to the right of the center. All windows are uPVC, which have replaced the original small-pane wooden casements. To the right of the entrance is a small window, while a large fixed window is located to the left in the lean-to. The upper storey has a three-light casement window under a segmental head on the gable. There is a very small light on the right-hand return of the gable and a small window on the left-hand return of the lean-to. The main range has no openings, but a stone boundary wall extends to the north from the northwest angle. The rear of the house has not been seen.
