Description
10 Regent Street is a three-storey building featuring mottled red and yellow brick fronts, with matching brick chimney stacks, a slate roof, and a plinth. The building has one window front for Nos 12 to 18, while No 10 has a cill band. The windows are mostly small pane sash windows with rendered lintels, although No 14 has a modern tripartite window and No 10 has a modern window on its rendered ground floor. Between Nos 12 and 14, there is a narrow gated through passage, and to the right of this is a contemporary shopfront with entrances on either side of a central window. The shopfront includes a dentil cornice, a deep faceted entablature, and large console brackets. Most of the doors are four-panel, with No 14 having a part-glazed door and No 18 featuring octagonal panels in the overlight. The right gable end of the building is splayed back. At the rear, there is a cross range with some small pane sash windows.
