Description
Pendyffryn is a two-storey building with an asymmetrical plan, featuring lined-out render over brick and slate roofs, along with axial and end wall stacks. The original entrance faced the road, but the current entrances are now located in the side wall. The front has a three-window range, with an advanced gable to the left. To the right of this gable is the original doorway, which has been replaced by a 12-pane sash window. There is a canted bay window to the right, divided by fluted columns, and above it are two 12-pane sash windows with a continuous sill band. The advanced gable includes a similar full-height bay window with 12-pane sashes, and the bargeboards of the gable are decorated with scalloped detailing. The garden front features a single window return to this gable, with a canted bay window on the ground floor and a 12-pane sash window above. Beyond this, there are paired gables with similar detailing, and a conservatory projecting from the ground floor.
