Description

Nos 1 - 4 (consec) East Parade, The Parade, Llandudno

Row of three storeys, with basement and attic; two window fronts; modern glazing to Nos 1 & 2. Slate roofs with 2 gabled dormers. Eaves cornice with brackets and dentils, with slightly lower eaves than Washington Hotel.

2 gabled dormers with sash glazing; two-light mullion windows rounded at upper corners on second floor. On first floor canted three-light storeyed bay window to left hand descending to basement. Right hand first floor bay has a two-light window with pilasters and columned mullion. A flight of steps flanked by stuccoed balustrade ascends to doorway which hasshallow canopy supported by brackets; two-leaf door with two long glazed panels, rounded at the top.
