Description
No 3 East Parade is part of a row of buildings located at Nos 1 to 4 East Parade in Llandudno. This structure is three storeys high, featuring a basement and attic, and has two window fronts. The buildings at Nos 1 and 2 have modern glazing. The slate roofs are topped with two gabled dormers. The eaves cornice includes brackets and dentils, and the eaves are slightly lower than those of the nearby Washington Hotel.
The two gabled dormers have sash glazing, while the second floor features two-light mullion windows that are rounded at the upper corners. On the first floor, there is a canted three-light bay window on the left side that descends to the basement. The right-hand first floor bay has a two-light window with pilasters and a columned mullion. A flight of steps, flanked by a stuccoed balustrade, leads up to the doorway, which has a shallow canopy supported by brackets. The entrance features a two-leaf door with two long glazed panels that are rounded at the top.
