Description
Milverton House Hotel is a hotel located at Nos 2-5 North Parade in Llandudno. The building is constructed of stucco with a rusticated ground floor and features a slate roof and sash glazing. It has a three-window front that spans four storeys above a basement. The cornice is adorned with modillions and dentils, and there is a frieze decorated with quatrefoils.
On the third floor, there are three square-headed windows with architraves. The second floor features three camber-headed windows with shoulder-headed architraves, and there is a stringcourse at sill level. The first floor has a central window with paired round-headed lights, flanked by pilasters and cornices. The outer bays include splayed bay windows that extend down to the basement level; the first-floor central light is camber-headed, while the side lights are round-headed, and the floors below have square-headed lights. A modillion cornice is present over the ground floor windows.
Access to the central doorway is via steps, which are flanked by engaged columns, with brackets and a cornice that rises to form a pediment.
