Description
1 North Parade is an Italianate style building featuring a hipped slate roof and stucco exterior. The façade includes a cornice adorned with modillions and dentils, a frieze decorated with quatrefoils, and quoins. The top floor has three square-headed sash windows set within architraves. On the second floor, there are three camber-headed sash windows also within architraves, each with keystones. The first floor showcases a central window with two round-headed lights, flanked by pilasters and topped with a cornice. The outer bays feature a canted three-light bay window. On the ground floor, there is a shopfront associated with 121 Mostyn Street, and a doorway leading to a restaurant, which is not covered by the verandah of 121 Mostyn Street. This doorway is supported by iron columns with capitals and spandrels, and includes an eaves band.
