Description

No 4 East Parade is part of a row of buildings at The Parade in Llandudno, consisting of three storeys, a basement, and an attic. The building features two window fronts, although Nos 1 and 2 have modern glazing. It has slate roofs with two gabled dormers. The eaves cornice includes brackets and dentils and is slightly lower than that of the nearby Washington Hotel.

As part of the Ormescliffe Hotel, it has two gabled dormers with modern glazing. The second floor showcases two-light mullion windows that are rounded at the upper corners. On the first floor, there is a canted three-light storeyed bay window on the left side that descends to the basement. The right-hand first floor bay features a two-light window with pilasters and a columned mullion. A flight of steps, flanked by a stuccoed balustrade, leads up to the doorway, which has a canopy supported by brackets. The modern door includes two long glazed panels that are rounded at the top.
