Description
No. 2 Graig-y-Don Parade is part of a terrace of 17 buildings located in Llandudno. This three-storey building features two bays with stuccoed render and a crowning cornice, along with string courses. On the second floor, there are two 4-pane sash windows without glazing bars, each framed by a moulded architrave and with a string course at the cill level. The first floor has a larger sash window in the right-hand bay that matches the style of the second-floor windows. The ground floor also features a round-headed doorway in the right-hand bay, which has a moulded architrave and pilasters, and is fitted with a modern glazed door and sidelights, along with a modern porch. This building is similar in design to the other buildings in the terrace, with the exception of No. 1.
