Description
No. 4 Graig-y-Don Parade is a three-storey building with two bays, featuring stuccoed render and a crowning cornice, along with string courses. On the second floor, there are two 4-pane sash windows without glazing bars, each with a moulded architrave and a stringcourse at the cill level. The first floor has a larger sash window in the right-hand bay, similar to those on the second floor. The ground floor's right-hand bay includes a round-headed doorway with a moulded architrave and pilasters, leading to a modern glazed door with sidelights and a modern porch.
This building is part of a terrace of 17 structures on Graig-y-Don Parade in Llandudno, all sharing a similar design except for No. 1. The glazing on the left side has been modernised.
