No. 10 Graig-y-Don Parade

No. 10 Graig-y-Don Parade is a three-storey building with two bays, featuring stuccoed render and a crowning cornice, along with string courses. On the second floor, there are two 4-pane sash windows without glazing bars, each with a moulded architrave and a stringcourse at the cill level. The first floor has a larger sash window in the right-hand bay, which is similar to the second-floor windows. The ground floor also has a round-headed doorway with a moulded architrave and pilasters, leading to a modern glazed door with sidelights and a modern porch.

This building is part of a terrace of 17 structures on Graig-y-Don Parade in Llandudno, all of which share a similar design, except for No. 1. The top floor windows are set at the eaves, and the first floor right-hand bay features a paired window with a dentil cornice. The doorway has additional pilasters and ornate brackets, with modern glazing and door.
