Description
The Grafton Hotel, located at Nos. 13 and 14 Graig-y-Don Parade in Llandudno, is a three-storey building featuring two bays with stuccoed render and a crowning cornice, along with string courses. On the second floor, there are two 4-pane sash windows without glazing bars, each with a moulded architrave and a stringcourse at the cill level. The first floor has a larger sash window in the right-hand bay, which is similar in style to the second-floor windows. The ground floor also features a round-headed doorway in the right-hand bay, complete with a moulded architrave and pilasters, leading to a modern glazed door with sidelights and a modern porch.
This building is part of a group of structures numbered 2 to 17 Graig-y-Don Parade, which share a similar design, with the exception of No. 1. Notably, the doorway to No. 13 has been converted into a window, while No. 14 has a modern door and modern glazing.
