Description
Rocksley, located at No. 7 Graig-y-Don Parade in Llandudno, is a three-storey building with two bays, featuring stuccoed render and a crowning cornice, along with string courses. On the second floor, there are two 4-pane sash windows without glazing bars, each framed with a moulded architrave and a string course at the cill level. The first floor has a larger sash window in the right-hand bay, similar in style to those above. The ground floor right-hand bay features a round-headed doorway with moulded architrave and pilasters, leading to a modern glazed door with sidelights and a modern porch. Rocksley is part of a group of buildings numbered 2 to 17 Graig-y-Don Parade, and while it shares a similar design with its neighbors, it is distinguished by its original windows and modern door.
