Description
No. 16 Graig-y-Don Parade is a three-storey building with two bays, featuring stuccoed render and a crowning cornice, along with string courses. On the second floor, there are two 4-pane sash windows without glazing bars, each with a moulded architrave and a string course at cill level. The first floor has a larger sash window in the right-hand bay, similar to those on the second floor. The ground floor right-hand bay includes a round-headed doorway with a moulded architrave and pilasters, featuring a modern glazed door with sidelights and a modern porch. This building is part of a group of 17 similar structures on Graig-y-Don Parade in Llandudno, with the numbering starting from the western end.
