Description

No. 17 Graig-y-Don Parade is part of a terrace of buildings located in Llandudno, dating from the 19th century. This three-storey structure has two bays and features a stuccoed render with a crowning cornice and string courses.

On the second floor, there are two 4-pane sash windows without glazing bars, each framed by a moulded architrave and set above a string course at cill level. The first floor has a larger sash window in the right-hand bay, similar in style to those above. The ground floor features a round-headed doorway with a moulded architrave and pilasters, leading to a modern glazed door with sidelights and a contemporary porch.

No. 17 is part of a group of buildings numbered from the west end, sharing a similar design with the other structures, except for No. 1. It is comparable to No. 16, but is distinguished by a triangular pediment with a round-headed sash window in the tympanum, which has modern glazing and a door. The left side of the building also displays quoins.
