Description
Britannia, located at No. 15 Graig-y-Don Parade in Llandudno, is a three-storey building featuring two bays with a stuccoed render and a crowning cornice, along with string courses. On the second floor, there are two 4-pane sash windows without glazing bars, each with a moulded architrave and a stringcourse at the cill level. The first floor has a larger sash window in the right-hand bay that matches the style of the second-floor windows. The ground floor right-hand bay includes a round-headed doorway with a moulded architrave and pilasters, leading to a modern glazed door with sidelights and a modern porch.
Britannia is part of a terrace of 17 buildings, numbered starting from the western end, and shares a similar design with the other buildings, except for No. 1. Notably, it has modern glazing and a door, similar to No. 12.
