Description
No 1 East Parade is part of a row of three-storey buildings that includes basements and attics, located on The Parade in Llandudno. The buildings have two window fronts, with modern glazing installed in Nos 1 and 2. They feature slate roofs with two gabled dormers and an eaves cornice that includes brackets and dentils, positioned slightly lower than that of the nearby Washington Hotel.
The two gabled dormers have modern glazing, while the second floor showcases two-light mullion windows that are rounded at the upper corners. On the first floor, there is a canted three-light bay window on the left side that descends to the basement. The right-hand first floor bay features a two-light window adorned with pilasters and a columned mullion. A flight of steps, flanked by a stuccoed balustrade, leads up to the doorway, which has a shallow canopy supported by brackets and a modern door.
