Outbuilding Range at North Wales Medical Centre

The outbuilding range at North Wales Medical Centre is constructed from grey random rubble with sandstone dressings and features half-hipped slate roofs and moulded red brick chimneys. It consists of two two-storey blocks arranged at right angles, connected by a low open bay. The south block runs east-west and includes an octagonal louvred vent topped with an octagonal cupola.

On the north elevation, there is a large central dormer with a hipped roof above a loading door, flanked by windows. The west elevation, which is heavily overgrown, features an upper window or loading door beneath a hipped roof, along with a three-light window on the ground floor. At the eastern end of the north elevation, a low shed connects to the block that runs north-south.

The west elevation has a central advanced block with a hipped roof, which contains a first-floor window and three ground-floor doorways. On either side of this block, there are sections with gables over central mullion and transom first-floor windows, smaller windows on the sides, and an octagonal louvred ventilator with a cupola at the rear of the gable. The right block has a broad entrance with boarded doors on the ground floor.
