Description

The agricultural range at Bryn Deunydd is a two-storey building dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of whitened rubble and topped with a slate roof. The front features two depressed-arched cart openings on the left, with the first opening being slightly taller than the second. Both openings are framed with rough-dressed limestone voussoirs. Above the first cart opening is an 8-pane horizontal fixed window. To the right of the second opening, there is an external stone-stepped access leading to an upper loading bay, which has a pegged frame. Further along, there is a small two-light window with a cambered head and a stable door, along with a rectangular window situated under the eaves to the right. At the far right, there is a mono-pitched addition that extends to the front, featuring a stable door.

Internally, the range is divided into two sections, each with two bays and separated by a central rubble wall. The left section has a collar-beam truss with angled struts, while the right section features a tie-beam truss, also with angled struts.
