Description
Ty Capel, the manse, is located adjacent to Salem Baptist Chapel to the southeast and is set back and slightly lower than the chapel. This two-storey building features a stone-coped gable parapet on the right and plain rendered end chimneys. The front is symmetrical with two bays, and there is a central part-glazed door situated behind a plain gabled porch. The windows are 16-pane, and there is a framed dedication plaque positioned between the first-floor windows. There are both single-storey and storeyed extensions at the rear. The interior was not inspected during the survey conducted in October 1995.
