Description

Llandudno Lodge at Gloddaeth Hall is a two-storey gabled lodge featuring plain tile roofs. The upper floor is timber-framed and plastered, while the lower floor is constructed of stone. The northern gable, which is timber-framed, overhangs on corbels and is supported at each end by wooden brackets. On the first floor, there is a four-light mullion window with leaded glazing, and below the cill level, there is cusped headed timber panelling. Between the cusped panelling and the ground floor, there are two plaster panels; the left panel displays the initials AM, and the right panel shows the date 1884.

The lower two-storey rear wing also has a timber-framed gable. The north-east return elevation features a cross-wing that is lower than the front wing, with a north-east facing gable that has a timber-framed upper floor and a two-light mullion window with leaded glazing both above and below. The roof of the front part of this wing descends low, creating a porch supported by wooden posts in front of the north-west wall, with a doorway located in the angle between the front and side wings.

On the south-west side elevation, the main roof of the rear of the front gable forms a pentice over a tiled roof canopy, which is supported by wooden posts over a door in the northern wall of a single-storey gabled porch with a south-west facing gable. Additionally, in the south-west elevation, the roof of the lower rear wing forms a pentice over a room to the south of the porch, which features modern windows and walling.

To the north, there is a low stone garden wall with wrought-iron railings and a gate.
