Description

This is a three-storey shop with living accommodation above, dating to the 18th century. The building is faced with render and has a slate roof. It features sash windows, a bracketed cornice, and a verandah on the ground floor.

The front elevation facing Lloyd Street has a gabled dormer window with two sashes in the attic. The second floor has a pair of sash windows to the left and a single sash window to the right. The first floor features a splayed bay window to the left and a single window to the right. A splayed bay window on the corner with Back Madoc Street also has a gabled dormer.

The bracketed cornice continues for the first bay of the elevation facing Back Madoc Street, where there are three windows at top floor level, with dormers over the rear of these. A lower two-storey block is also present.

The ground floor verandah has iron columns with capitals and bases, a spandril, and cresting.
