Description

3 Lloyd Street is a pair of shops with accommodation above, built in the Italianate style. The building has three storeys plus an attic, featuring stucco walls and slate roofs, with a bracketed cornice.

The front of the building has three windows and three gabled dormers. On the top floor, there are three round-arched windows with moulded architraves and keystones, all fitted with 4-pane sash glazing. The first floor has a central window with an architrave and a segmental pediment, also with 4-pane sash glazing, flanked by splayed bay windows topped with pavilion roofs. The ground floor includes a verandah supported by iron columns and a modern shopfront.
