Description
5 Lloyd Street is a pair of shops with accommodation above, built in the Italianate style. The building has three storeys plus an attic, featuring stucco walls and slate roofs, with a bracketed cornice.
The front has two windows and two gabled dormers. On the top floor, there is a round-arched window on the left and a window with three arched lights on the right, both adorned with moulded architraves and keystones, and fitted with sash glazing. On the first floor, the left side has a window with an architrave and triangular pediment, which contains a four-pane sash, while the right side features a splayed bay window topped with a pavilion roof. The ground floor includes a verandah supported by iron columns and a modern shopfront.
