Description
Nos 1-3 St George's Place in Llandudno is a four-storey building with an attic, featuring a rendered exterior and a hipped slate roof. The Mostyn Street elevation has three windows and includes three gabled dormers topped with finials and fitted with sash glazing. Architectural details include a bracketed cornice, quoins, and string courses. The third-floor windows are framed with quoined architraves and have horned sash glazing. The second-floor windows have cambered heads and are flanked by pilasters, also with sash glazing. On the first floor, the outer bays feature splayed bay windows with sash glazing, while the central section has paired sash windows. The first bay in St George's Place mirrors this design but has paired sashes on the second floor. To the left, there is a slightly set back, lower two-window block, also four storeys high, with sash glazing; the top-floor windows have quoined architraves, while the others have similar treatments but with cornices. The ground floor has modern shopfronts and a verandah supported by slender iron columns with capitals and bases. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1-3 St George's Place.
