Description
27 Lloyd Street is part of a group of buildings at Nos 21 to 27 on Lloyd Street in Llandudno. The buildings are three storeys high with an attic and feature slate roofs with gabled dormers. The fronts are rendered, and there is a bracketed cornice. The original sash windows have been replaced with modern windows.
The façade facing Lloyd Street has five windows, along with a canted corner bay and two additional windows on Madoc Street. There is a verandah supported by columns with capitals and moulded bases, featuring spandrils and bands of cresting, topped with a lean-to roof. This verandah extends into Madoc Street and also covers 1 Madoc Street.
No 21 has a two-window front. On the second floor, there are two windows with cambered heads and keystones. On the first floor, to the left, there is a square-headed window, and to the right, a splayed bay window. The remainder of the group has three windows facing Lloyd Street, with painted architraves and keystones on the second floor. On the first floor, to the left, there is a similar window, followed by two splayed bay windows. Additionally, there are two square-headed windows in the splayed corner bay, along with two windows on Madoc Street.
