Description
25 Lloyd Street is part of a group of three-storey buildings with an attic, located in Llandudno. The buildings feature slate roofs with gabled dormers and have rendered fronts. They are topped with a bracketed cornice. The original sash windows have been replaced with modern windows. The facade facing Lloyd Street has five windows, along with a canted corner bay and two additional windows on Madoc Street.
There is a verandah supported by columns with capitals and moulded bases, featuring spandrils and bands of cresting, and a lean-to roof. This verandah extends into Madoc Street and also covers 1 Madoc Street.
No 21 has a two-window front. On the second floor, there are two windows with cambered heads and keystones. On the first floor, to the left, there is a square-headed window, and to the right, a splayed bay window.
The remaining buildings in the group have three windows facing Lloyd Street. They feature painted architraves with keystones on the second floor, and on the first floor, to the left, there is a similar window, followed by two splayed bay windows. The canted corner bay has two square-headed windows, and there are two additional windows on Madoc Street.
