Description
106 Mostyn Street is a three-storey building with an attic, originally designed for shops with a club above. The facade is made of yellow stone and features a two-window front with a rock-faced band above the first-floor windows. The slate roof has two gabled dormers.
On the second floor, there are two pairs of camber-headed sash windows separated by columns. The first floor has two splayed bay windows with lead roofs, each with three lights and cambered heads, and sash glazing, supported by piers with floral capitals. At ground level, there are two early 20th-century shopfronts with entrances set deeply back in the center. To the right, there is a doorway leading to the club located above the shops.
