Description
This building, located at 100 Mostyn Street, is a shop constructed from yellow stone with slate roofs and sash glazing. It stands three stories tall and features a four-window front. The design includes a toothed cornice, and at the second floor level, the sashes are set behind 2-light openings that are separated by freestanding columns, with a ropemoulding serving as a string course. On the first floor, there are broad Gothic arched windows, which have rock-faced masonry above and are set back between piers that have floral capitals and bracketed sills. The shopfront has been modernized.
