Pant Llwyni is a small single-storey cottage, constructed from whitewashed stone and featuring a slate roof with gable end stacks. The building has a tall single storey and a central doorway that is set within a small lean-to porch, which is a modern addition. On either side of the doorway are 2-pane sash windows. There is also a loft light in the gable end and a small lean-to structure attached to the right-hand gable return. The cottage was not inspected at the time of the resurvey.
