Description

Delfryn is a single-storey cottage with a front made of whitewashed rubble stone and a slate roof, featuring a small 20th-century stack at the left end. The double-fronted facade, which is offset to the left, has a 4-pane sash window on each side of the door, which is located in an added rendered lean-to porch with a boarded door. The roof includes two small loft lights. The right end wall has had a 20th-century addition removed, revealing mud walling in the gable. The left end wall is constructed of rubble stone with yellow brick at the corners. There is an outshut at the rear. The building was not inspected at the time of the survey.
