Description
Ty'n-y-mynydd is a cottage built from rubble stone, with the eastern front whitewashed. It features a grouted small-slate roof and stone stacks at both ends, with a larger stack at the southern end. The southern gable has stone coping. The cottage is single storey with a loft and has a double-fronted eastern facade that is offset to the right. It includes stone slab lintels, one 20th-century window, a door covered in tin sheet, and a 4-pane horned sash window to the right. The end walls are windowless, while the rear has a projection to the right with a small 4-pane sash window and a smaller 4-pane sash window to the left. The northern end wall has a lean-to with a 4-pane window facing north.
