Description
Llwydiarth is a farmhouse built from rubble and whitewashed, topped with a slate roof and featuring raised stone copings at the northeast end. The west gable end is clad in corrugated iron. The building has one storey and attics, consisting of five structural bays that likely represent a three-unit plan. There are opposed doors between the upper pairs of windows; the southern door is half-glazed, while the northern door is boarded and located within a corrugated iron lobby that connects to an outbuilding.
On the southern front, there are three window bays with regularly spaced paned casement windows. To the left of the door, there is a small-paned cross window on the upper floor, along with some metal windows from the 1950s. Additionally, there is a 16-pane sash window in the eastern kitchen, which has the remains of a stone label above it, as does the adjacent window. At the rear, the windows have been renewed, and there is one raking dormer within the roof.
