Description
This is a barn, likely with a cow-house at the lower end, built from shaley rubble stone and featuring limestone quoins, all under a graded slate roof. The barn has a single doorway with a large slate lintel, which is flanked by two tiers of ventilation slits. There is a second doorway at the right end, also with a large slate lintel, and a ventilation slit above it, along with a loft hatch opening to the left. The south gable end has a loft hatch opening that has been infilled with red brick, as well as ventilation slits. The north gable also features a loft hatch with a planked door. The east side of the building was not visible during the inspection, and there was no access to the interior at that time.
