Description
2 Fron Fair Terrace is a late 19th-century terrace of five two-storey cottages, designed in a simplified gothic style typical of the estate from this period. The cottages are constructed from roughly coursed rubble masonry, featuring large stones used as quoins and lintels. They have a slate roof with advanced eaves and verges, along with gabled half dormers on the main southwest elevation. Each cottage has rectangular stone ridge stacks with capping.
At the left (northwest) end of the terrace, the cottage has a central doorway flanked by replacement timber casement windows. There is also a single paned light positioned under the eaves to the left of the doorway.
The interior was not inspected during the survey conducted in July 2003.
