Description
3 Fron Goch Terrace is part of a two-storey terrace of five houses, showcasing a simple vernacular style. The buildings are constructed from roughly coursed rubble masonry, featuring long stones as quoins and lintels. The slate roof is topped with rectangular stone ridge stacks that have dripstones and capping.
In the center of the terrace, there is a central doorway that is sheltered by a portico with a slate roof. The windows on either side of the doorway are 2-light timber casements with slate sills, while the first-floor windows are positioned under the eaves.
The interior was not inspected during the survey conducted in July 2003.
