Description

3 Fron Fair Terrace is part of a late 19th-century terrace consisting of five two-storey cottages, designed in a simplified gothic style typical of the estate from that period. The cottages are constructed from roughly coursed rubble masonry, featuring large stones as quoins and lintels. They have a slate roof with advanced eaves and verges, along with gabled half dormers on the main southwest elevation. Each cottage has rectangular stone ridge stacks with capping.

The central cottage in the terrace has a central doorway, flanked by two-light timber casement windows, and a shallow window set under the eaves above the door. The interior was not inspected during the survey conducted in July 2003.
