Description

The boulder-built boundary walls at Parc date from the 19th century and enclose a roughly triangular rock plateau located immediately above Parc Cottages to the northwest and northeast. These solidly constructed walls average 2 meters in height and taper slightly towards the top, enclosing an area of approximately 100 square meters. In the northern corner, there is a modern gated opening, and to the left of this opening, there are a pair of adjoining niched seats. These seats feature concave backs and may have originally had coved, arched heads. The upper section of the wall in this area shows signs of partial erosion.
