Description
This is a small rectangular gabled barn located 25 meters southeast of Cae Glas, constructed from rubble on a mix of boulder and rock foundations. It features a slate roof with a tiled ridge and gable parapets made of rubble, which do not have kneelers, along with modern roof-lights. The barn has an off-centre entrance on the right, consisting of a boarded half door with a small plain-glazed window to the right. To the left, there is another entrance with a recessed 19th-century door and a later rubble buttress to the right, as well as a plain-glazed loading bay on the right gable.
Inside, the barn has a three-bay layout supported by two pairs of full crucks that show significant smoke blackening. The left truss has a pegged collar, while the collar on the right truss has been removed. The barn also features modern purlins and rafters.
