Description
The Stable Block at Hendre House is a structure built from random rubble with a hipped slate roof. It features three entrances, each with cambered heads and recessed, boarded stable doors set within pegged frames. To the right of the first two entrances, there are wooden-slatted 2-light windows with similar cambered heads. On the far right, there is a wide cart entrance with a matching cambered head and boarded doors. The building also has a central boarded loading bay on the upper floor, flanked by additional slatted windows. This description is based on a survey conducted in January 1997, during which the building was not inspected.
