Description

Gefail y Cwm is a small estate cottage dating from the 19th century. It is a two-storey structure with a two-window range and a doorway located between the windows. The cottage has been extended at the rear with an outshut that has a catslide roof, as well as a single-storey addition with a single-pitched roof on the left gable. The building is constructed of mortared rubble masonry and features a slate roof with a tiled ridge, along with gable stacks that have dripstones and capping. The windows are small-paned horned sashes, with the first-floor lights set in hipped dormers. The front of the cottage has a boarded door, and there is also a door in the gable end of the rear outshut.
